I'd ordered flowers delivered to the table ahead of time and they were there along with birthday wishes from the restaurant. The valet parking was gone for this occasion (pandemic concern) but they intend to return that when they can. A very nicely decorated restaurant, one of the prettiest in KC and you have a 5 star evening. Add a beautiful lobster tail, crab fried rice and lobster mashed potatoes and it gets another 5 stars from my wife and I. It was worth the wait! In a town where steaks are an art form the one I had last night (bone-in KC Strip medium rare) was so perfectly prepared I photographed it. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. Waited over a year to return to Eddie V's due to the Pandemic. Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks.
